This individually designed program involves three phases: assessment, training and follow-up coaching.
Prior to the initial visit, each participant completes a questionnaire designed to provide Ms. Garbo with insights as to management and employees’ perception of the current conditions of the business.
The initial office visit begins with a day and a half long training sessions for all staff and owners. It also includes training in a weekly communication meeting designed to maintain open communication in the office. Much of the information during the day will also include “internal marketing” practices.
The purpose of the training session is to:
- Expand your team’s ability to communicate effectively with one another
- Provide them with communication tools
- Provide the basis for teamwork
- Provide an atmosphere that naturally attracts customers
