A Business coach is your "on the sidelines" partner in achieving your business and personal goals. Your coach is there to motivate you when needed; be your sounding board when making decisions; your trainer in communication skills; your co-designer in projects; your unconditional support and champion when you alone have to chart the course for the future.
The standard coaching program entails three half-hour phone calls per month; your coach is also available on an "on-call" basis.
